Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Ivan Dickson assured me that if I become a member with their company I would have access to a managed capital shares account. Becoming a member cost 10k and opening an account 5k. I was told that professional traders would trade the account with an 87% win rate. Info on the traders was confidential until you pay of course. I decided to invest and he sent me the paperwork. The paperwork had business name of LDi holdings and signed by a Lamont Davenport instead of TME group holdings which is Ivans business. However he assured me that my account would double in 90 days and that it was guaranteed or I would get my money back. I wired the money then Ivan emailed me instructions on wiring the 5k for the managed account. After doing so I google the company name and noticed many reviews about how these accounts have significant growth but when it comes to withdrawing you just don't get a response from the company. I emailed ivan and once again he assured me his clients are able to make withdrawals. It's been 90 days and have requested my withdrawal and the company does not even answer. I demanded my money back 10k for the membership fee and Ivan has advised that I have to take it up with ldi holdings. Asked that I contact Kaisan.

After doing some extensive research on ivan I noticed an emergency cease and desist order from the state of Texas. He and his partner Clifton Kaisan Sneed were ordered to cease this scheme December of last year. I responded to Ivan and demanded an explanation I was not told I would be doing business with Sneed. I let him know that he did not have any bad reviews nor did lamont davenport of Ldi holdings but with Sneed all you have to do is google clifton sneed and you see many people complaining that he rips them off by the thousands. (Including many complaints on this site). Sneed has had a few incounters with the law in regards to securities fraud. Ivan now states that he is not affiliated anymore but I have proof that he is still marketing this scheme now uses the words Synchronized capital shares account instead of managed capital shares account. I must add that I have followed Ivan for a few years and had trust in him otherwise I would not have invested. I do believe that he knew about these bogus accounts and decided to take my money anyways and who knows how may other people. If you have done business with him report it. Do not keep quiet. Report it to the fbi, ftc, and Texas Securities Board. Sneed is who handles these account and he continues even after the order says not to. He resides in Texas. They make you sign a non disclosure agreement which I signed but I don't care. I decided to go ahead and call Sneed but he said he did not know what I was talking about and hung up. Ivan emailed me and requested that I call him again which I did but he will not answer. This man has done business as mcs consultants, the joint venture group and now apparently LDi holdings.

Lamont Davenport is Kiavanni Pringle

I had the misfortune to meet Kiavanni Pringle in a Craigslist ad a couple of years ago.  The fraudster presented himself as a a Private Wealth Attorney and financial advisor.  He presented me with his Managed Foreign Exchange Trade account programs where he claimed that the account could bring in at least a 50% return on my money.  The "membership fee" to set up the account was $5000, and then $2500 was needed to fund the account.  Kiavanni Pringle presented the fee as nothing since your original investment would supposedly double each month....

He was very vague about the HOW and the WHERE of the platform and the actual account workings.  Kiavanni Pringle actually pushed me to become a consultant with his company LDI Holdings. I have the disclosure agreements and contractual workings and every email and text message that was ever sent. Kiavanni Pringle sold a bill of goods of being able to be a millionaire in a matter of a few years.  He plastered the local store parking lots with  flyers stating that he could make you retire in 7 years.  He gave very high promises for the programs that he would cook up.  Even as a signed up consultant, the platform was proprietary information.  I found this to be a big red flag.

In my professional and personal dealings with Kiavanni and his company Lamont Davenport Industries and Subsidiaries, Kiavanni made several promises on the performance of his investment products that I could not see results from.  The huge upfront fees that his company requests before any accounts are opened or anything presented, illustrates that this is not on the up and up.  As a consultant, I found it difficult to explain the products to potential investors with enough detail to assure their performance. Working in close quarters with Mr. Davenport aka Mr. Pringle, caused my judgement to waiver and a personal situation ensued.  Thankfully, at this time, I had not invested any money or signed any clients to do business with Lamont Davenport Industries and Subsidiaries.

Although, Kiavanni Pringle did suffer from erectile dysfunction, on the rare occassion he could "maintain altitude," he came to use this portion to influence the business side of the relationship.  I decided to end the unprofessional interludes between us and this caused him to become very beligerent and angry.  He exerted pressure tatics to get me to set up a managed or leverage account with my tax money.  This was a big no. Mr. Davenport used every type of sales tatic to get me to invest or bring others into what I think is a ponzi scheme.

It was toward the end that I discovered that the Kiavanni Pringle conducted business under the name of Lamont Davenport due to the SEC ruling barring him and his partner Clifton Sneed from being active in the Securites market. Kiavanni was found also to have had his children taken from him in Massachusetts.  Kiavanni and his lover/partner Cliff work to defraud others of their money.  The apartment Kiavanni lives in, the Jag he bragged about driving, the company all belong to his boyfriend, Cliff.  His sidekick Michaela Imani Baxter also works perpetuate this fraud.  I am very happy I escaped this strange dynamic.  I wish to warn others of the potential danger in dealing with Lamont Davenport Industries and Subsidiaries.

Leslie Armstead Needs To Stop Telling Lies

#3Consumer Comment

Tue, January 12, 2016

This woman has been placing incorrect information on this rip off report and making up vindictive lies to slander others who I know who are not involved with these said reports.

For starters, I know Mr. Kiavanni Pringle and was there through all of his trials with the SEC and everything that was mentioned about his situation was not the real facts.

For those of you that do not know, I am going to set the record straight. Mr. Kiavanni Pringle has no connection with the people involved in terms of knowing them on a personal level. This Leslie person also tried to take my title "Getting In Your Feelings" and portray it as her own.

What Leslie did was google Mr. Kiavanni Pringle's name and saw the incorrect information on him regarding the SEC and Mr. Pringle was nice of enough to explain it to her. The TRUTH, what really happened. Mr. Pringle was a good friend to Leslie and Mr. Pringle was upfront and honest with Leslie ever since they met. He was clear with her that he did not see her in an intimate way and she could not accept that.

She would use money in hopes to buy his love and affection and when that didn't work, she got really upset and started making up things about Mr. Pringle.

See, Mr. Pringle works for a finance company called Lamont Davenport Industries as their computer tech. Leslie is really delusional if she thinks he is Mr. Davenport. To clarify the record, I have met Mr. Lamont Davenport and he is an english man from England.

I have known Mr. Pringle for over 6 years and what she is attempting to do is intervene into his livelihood and where he works. This young man has come a long ways from battling with the SEC who tried to use him a scape goat and because he was not apart of the unfortunate event, the SEC tried to make an example out of him.

All I know is that Leslie Armstead is all in her feelings because Mr. Pringle does not like her intimately and she is very immature to be posting things on a site that is for complaining individuals that feel like complaining about things that remotely has some merit if any.

Please Leslie Armstead, go find a hobby or a life because spending your time all in someone else's makes you look like a desparate stalker who is possessive over a man who doesn't want you. You look really pathetic. Also, before you go and put some things on line, please be sure to get your facts straight and not use what you see on the internet as a basis for your feelings because you got rejected. Have a great day.

Getting In Your Feelings

#4Consumer Suggestion

Tue, January 12, 2016

It's funny how people want to throw shade and salt on other people when they catch feelings for another person and the other person does not feel the same way about that person. What makes it even sad is that the person was informed initially and there were no surprises.

However, what people tend to do when they realize they are worth the gum under the shoe and can not cope with that kind of rejection is find ways to retaliate and make attempt to put other people on blast. They want to start slandering and trying to tarnish other people's livelihood.

What's even sadder, is that people have to make up viscious remarks and unfruitful lies to mitigate their feelings and how they really feel. This certain kind of person has to use the internet to make attempt to throw people under the bus. This is what happens when you're an unattractive person and someone tries to help you with your poor living conditions. Having an unclean home, unregistered insects that no one has ever seen, a pool full of clothes thrown everywhere and symptoms of an unfit parent by allowing other men and woman to abuse your kids.

Leaving your children unattended majority of your days and having all different kinds of men run in and out of your home. Now, I can say all these things and create an investigation that would alert DCF to enter this person home and assess their living conditions and see the uncleaniness of your home. Especially when you look like a crack fiene with missing teeth. It's not a good look.

When looking at this, what good does that do for anyone? It does nothing but causes people to want to retaliate and bring real life to the situation. But we know some people are not built for that life and are not about that life. So what it is heavily recommended is that to avoid any future problems and acting like an internet thug, you can be in your feelings off the internet because especially people know who you are and know where you live. You can make a lot of trouble for yourself especially when you start throwing incorrect information on a person.

If you are one of those people that get in your feelings because you thought of yoursef as a person who should have status in life and realize that you're not on the same level as the opposing person, then it is best that you move on and be in your feelings off line.

The bottom line is, that if the person is not taking you out and spending money on you and showcasing you as their confidant and only likes you for what you can do, again getting in your feelings on the internet is not a good idea.

Beware of the New Scam

#6Consumer Comment

Thu, December 24, 2015

The Lamont Davenport Industries, LDI Holdings, and any other versions are not real companies.  The Florida address is a mail forwarding service that sends the correspondance back to Texas.  The founder of the company, Kenny "Kiavanni" Pringle works with Clifton Sneed, also of Cedar Hill, TX, to perpetrate fraud and separate people from their money.  They have connections to Ivan Dickson and a Lisa, whose role is unclear to me at this time. The Texas Securities Commission brought Cease and Desist order to both Ivan Dickson and Clifton "Kaison" Sneed this time last year.  While the fraudsters, Pringle and Sneed, were presenting this SCAM to local churches and conducting presentations in local hotels. Clifton "Kaison" Sneed has had a very successful history at this fraud game.  He is able to support his staff of flunkees while pressuring them to bring in the next big fish.  As always, there is no honor among thieves.

The new SCAM brainstormed by the indelible Kenny "Kiavanni" Pringle is a credit card scam.  For the low application fee of $1200, you can apply for a credit card with a line of credit of $250,000!!!  Kiavanni explained that you will access to the credit card to make purchases and pay bills.  His company will "invest" a portion of the credit line by advancing cash and making an For Ex account on their platform. Now lets talk about this fairy tale platform....I personally almost became a "consultant." After signing many non-disclosure forms and such, I was told that the platform location or name was proprietary information. The Lamont Davenport, himself, told me that I would not get that information until I opened a managed account for low start of $5,000 instead of the $15K for regular people.

Lamont Davenport aka Kenny Pringle aka Kiavanni Pringle and Clifton Sneed aka Kaison, get desperate to keep this ponzi scheme going and to pay their rent and buy groceries.  I just cannot imagine that if this get rich quick stuff was real, wouldn't THEY BE THE FIRST ONE'S TO BE RICH. And not collecting food stamps. Yes, Lonestar card people.

I am sure soon they will all need to move onto a new state.  To find a fresh pool of fools.  I hope everyone realizes that if it sounds too good to be true, then it just that. I am so happy I am too greedy to share my money with anybody or I might have fallen for it too. It came down to the hypocritical crap that flowed from his lips.  I mean Kiavanni just can't keep his mouth shut, and LOVES to hear himself speak. So LISTEN carefully.....

Ivan is a fake

#7General Comment

Fri, December 18, 2015

I was contacted by Ivan Dickson and encouraged to invest $15k into the program through TME about 6 months ago. He called others whom he had obviously sold into the program and that were brainwashed at that time to believe they would be getting paid from this investment too.

The folks he called all said good things at that point and were very convincing to get me to invest but none of them could say that they had been paid at all. I have seen lots of scams like this so I hesitated and researched for a while. After not having any proof that people were actually getting paid from the platform, I told Ivan I decided to wait to see actual proof of money in somebodys hand before investing my own. I figured if it were legit it would be there a few months down the road and there would be evidence that it were paying.

My first sign that this was not legit was Ivan immediately got an attitude about me deciding to wait. That tells me he knew it was fake and wanted my money right away because he knew it wouldnt last long. After that I kept watching the internet and kept up with his name and the business name on-line and sure enough the fraud started to show. Now its fully exposed and I feel terrible for those who were fooled.

I thank god he gave me the wisdom this time to not get burned through my past experience of being burned myself before by another con artist named Rod Willis. For us hard working people out here who actually work for our money, it stinks when these crooks rip us off of large sums that it takes us months, even years of real work to save. They sell you pie in the sky dreams and hopes of not having to work so hard and/or so much while the whole time they are knowing going to make you work even hard to catch back up after they rape your bank account. It will always come back on them in some way even if we never see it.

This company (and I use this term loosely) are ran by individuals with well documented issues with the SEC and other government agencies.  The promises made by the LDI Holdings to produce double digits interest returns and guarantee your funding AFTER they have your money are ridiculous.  The place you sent your money has no paper trail, no tax returns, income reports, no trust accounting system: Did you do your homework to investigate where you were so called investing your money? There are no home offices in Florida, no accounting system, and no platform to speak of. They are professional Money Separators: These fools look for other fools to separate them from their money. The individuals named are all on the SEC watchlist with Cease and Desist orders on both Clifton Sneed and other parties that transact the fraud.  Its FRAUD! Plain and simple.  Your money goes no further than the Bank you wired to and then is funnelled to the individual accounts of the fraudsters.  These people have no conscience, no desire to make an honest living, and support the lifestyles of a bunch of lazy conniving idiots that I hope will get caught serve more federal time because the first time didn't get the point across to you!!!

First of all Ivan Dickson never disclosed that Clifton Sneed was behind all of this. That Sneed is a crook. Every single marketing email from Tme Group holdings said become a member of "TME" even my acceptance certificate says it. It was until the day he sent me the paperwork to fill out that I was notified of LDI Holdings being the company who I was to have this "membership" with. Owner "Lamont Davenport". Ivan's emails talk about how much money the account will make and how easy it is to withdraw. All lies, there are laws that protect people like me from people like you. You send me to court! You do that I have every single email as evidence of his false advertising. If I would have been told Clifton Sneed was behind this I never would have lost so much money. This money is lost! You state that APRA can help well they can't I already tried. We didn't open up a bank account with common wealth we deposited into a business account that is way different. You have my address and there is more people now willing to talk than before. You are just mad because you can't delete this report! Well you are just gonna have to deal with it. Just like I am dealing with a loss of 15 thousand dollars because of Ivan Dickson and his false advertising.

The information in this report is incorrect our legal has since spoke with Lisa a.k.a Patricia, first and foremost I myself nor tme group holdings has never receive or accepted any money from the complain-tee. By law you show us any proof we accepted any form of payment from you, there is no reason to report bogus information about me. You been warn that if you post anymore false information with out proof and defamation of my character you will hear from our lawyer.

I myself invested $10k in trade and your issue isn't with me or Tme group holdings, it is with the trade platform, I also stated we are in the same situation and do our best of filing a legal claim to get our funds back from the trade platform, due to the fact the trade company has been brought out by the chinese and you was notified of the current situation.

The company Tme group holdings focus primarly on project funding, we have many satisfied clients with no complaints our track record speaks volumes. Stop posting inccorect information.
