Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I wish I had did my research for trusting Ivan Levy, Regency Financial. Just as all the others, he took my money and did nothing. When asking for the $499, he called daily, weekly. Once he got, there was no communication at all. This guy is a true FRAUD. I pray that before anyone trusts this guy, they think twice, ask for true references, and read these reports. Luckily, I didn't lose my car. My finance company is helping me get back on track. Ivan protrayed himself as one who truly wants to help. He is and his cohorts are just taking consumers money, splitting it among themselves, and lavishing in riches. "They will reap what they sow". I am a firm believer in the Word of God. We who were victimized may not see it, but the walls are about to tumble down.

You were not very specific in your post regarding this Ivan Levy so I did a little bit of research on him and his business.

He presents himself as someone that can modify the terms of your auto loan with your lender for an upfront fee of $499.

For others reading, NO THIRD PARTY can modify your loan terms other than you and your lender. The two of you (you and your lender) are the one's that signed the original financing agreement and it takes the parties on the agreement to change it. It is only changed when it is memorized in writing. Actually changing auto loan terms with your existing lender is difficult and rarely accomplished.  It is much more attainable to refinance through another lender in order to get better terms. So the whole idea that this Ivan Levy can give you better terms with your lender is fraudulent. This entire business model is a scam since the lenders will ignore anyone else contacting them regarding your account. You are just throwing away $499. By the way, it doesn't matter if it is Ivan Levy or someone else, the scam is the same.

In any event, if someone is promising you better terms and a better rate on your curent auto loan with your existing lender for a fee upfront - RUN AWAY. It is a scam. How this scam works is just like the OP said: they call you all the time until you pay them and then they dissappear. Don't fall for it.
