iVortex Prime Seller Leads Over charged and not refunded Bonita Springs Florida
iVortex has over charged me by over $1,600. I have sent all of the detailed bank statements and they agree they have over charged my account. Just in the month of January 2018, they over charged me by $533. They have refunded some, but not most. While I'm trying to maintain a very calm and professional approach, they OVER CHARGED me again in March 2018. Heathy Henry claims she is working on it, says she will call you back and days, weeks and months have passed and they still have not returned all of the over charges. Is Legal Counsel the only way to solve this?
