Nearly 2 years ago I opened a binary options trading account at Ivory option. The trading went well and from April 16 to January 17 I invested and withdrew various amounts successfully. During this period I dealt with Michael Morris. The net amount I invested was 76400 Euros.

I reached VIP status so my account was given to Jack Roberts (senior head desk managed accounts group vip & recovery dept). I wanted to withdraw profits, but was told my account had not reached the required turnover yet. This was set by the amount of bonuses I had received.

I left it at that and on 22nd January 2018 my account had reached 152863 euros with 63 euros in my wallet and the balance of 152800 euros invested in new options due to expire on 16th March 2018.

From 20th February I made numerous attempts to contact Jack Roberts and Ivory Option by email and phone. I wanted confirmation of turnover as I had been tracking it and was getting close to the target. I was told by Jack Roberts that once I hit target I could withdraw all the capital in my account.

I was not successful in getting hold of anybody and furthermore the last week I could not log into my account any more. Then on 10 th March 2018 the website went down. I suspect they defrauded me and many others.

Everyone out there should beware of binary options scam brokers, what they do is make you invest with them but you will never have access to your funds and they will keep taking more money from you. I am talking with experience, i was scammed by ivory option too, they stalled by withdrawal for 3years and kept asking for money and all of a sudden they blocked my account. However i was able to get my money back after being scammed with the help a a certified ethical hacker recovery group ( fundsback @ cyberservices . com)

I have also reached out to jeremywyatt@ consultant.com and he has helped me recover half of the money within 5 days. Ivory options brokers are really difficult, they have been calling and mailing me to stop the recovering process and promising that i will make more money. Never will i fall for their scams again. I hope I get all my money back from them. I deposited $56,000 and i have recovered over $30,000. Jeremy is really doing a good job.

It is correct that Ivory Option website is operational again. I have been contacted by Kyle. I am informed by him that Ivory Option no longer can agree to a withdrawal plan and that my account must reach target turnover and then I can withdraw all my money. However he cannot tell me what my achieved turnover is because the Ivory Option archives are a mess. So I'm still stuck and will take further steps.

Ivory option is a crime, stay way. they wont allow you to withdraw your money and they will keep asking for more money. They stoped rsponding to my mails , i had to hire the services of a recovery expert/consultant jeremywyatt@ consultant.com to help me recover my money back and it was successfully recovered.

Just checked and looks like the website is back up. I can see my deposits, but unable to make withdrawals. I know that after speaking to Jack Roberts in early Jan, he said they had a major overhaul of their systems and were also working on getting their regulatory house in order, so there were a lot of changes. However, there has not been any response to my emails since Feb 9, nor any phone call since Jan 28.2018. I was working with Rachel and she seemed pretty good, but after being told in Jan, she was out of the office on a "business trip" , I never heard from her again. I was also told that Michael Guerin, CFO was out on medical leave for a back injury for next 6 weeks. When I asked who would be handling withdrawals in his place, I was told " no-one" ..Really? I have been repeatedly emailing support and the finance group, who would eventually email back... but there is no response from anyone since 2/19/18 I would like to know, has anyone been to their offices? Met anyone in person? They all seem so shady and secretive.. Would love to know. thanks!
