As of today I am receiving a full refund of the $88.97 that they charged me for the bogus product!!! How did I do it? First of all I reported them to the State of Iowa and California Attorney General's offices by filing an official report. I then proceeded to also report them to the IRS... thru a mutual friend. The best thing to do is to email them numerous times... they did respond to my emails which I found surprising. I received a package this past Saturday, 8/23/08 which was mailed on 8/11/08. I checked with the Post office and there is no way that a package takes 12 days from California thru the USPS. What they have done is used a postage meter in their office to put a particular date on the label and then hold on to it for at least 2-3 days before mailing it, therefore nulling and voiding their "must return within 15 days of date shipped." There is no way I would've had time to return the product to them within the 15 days. Their email address is: [email protected] ... try emailing them.. .don't give up! It took me a total of 5 email exchanges to get the refund but I did get it! Good luck!! Teresa
