I purchased a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad T400 laptop from Rakuten.com who was apparently a reseller for izoomUSA in Brooklyn.

Initially the laptop worked fine but within 60 days I got the "blue screen of death" and it wouldn't reboot or function in any way.

I contacted Rakuten and they referred me to izoomUSA.  They never answered their published phone number in their web site.  I emailed them more than a dozen times and always got an automated reply:

"We received your email. Please allow 24-48hours for a reply.
IF THIS EMAIL IS REGARDING A ISSUE OR CONCERN. REST ASSURED WE WILL RESOLVE ALL ISSUE OR CONCERNS 
zoomusa"
 
Of course, then days/weeks go buy...nothing.
 
On  a few occasions they would reply with a short question about the product, which I would immediately reply and it would go into cyberspace with no follow up.
 
Two months later I still have a non-functioning laptop and no direct contact in spite of leaving my cell phone number each time.
 
Terrible customer service and failure to stand behind their product althought they promote excellent warranty and service on their web site.
