I purchased a refurbished laptop from ZoomUSA after finding them through Best Buy. My card was charged immediatly and the machine was recieved in 5 days. The machine broke with in 3 days and I have spent the last 5 weeks trying to get a refund. The phone is never answered-and no voice mail, e-mails responded to sporadically and not by the same person so NO ONE knows what is going on. The e-mail chain I have is mostly me trying to get some response without sucess.
I have never dealt with a company this unprofessional and I would not reccommend them to anyone. I will pursue legal action as well to get my money back.
