In the latter part of 2012 we hired this company to build among other things a paver patio. Despite assurances by the owner we were nervous about the possibility of flooding. He assured all was well no to worry. As we had set up a payment plan for other reasons we also felt secure about the possibility of the flooding and keeping residual funds should the likeliness occur. As we had feared the flooding did occur and worse as the owner of the company was insistent that we hurry up and pay hurry and pay I need the money hurry and pay. It became all too obvious the reason for his impatience. We tried to contact the company several times for restitution, when ignored we stopped paying him, James Eyermann.
He then devised this c**k-n-bull story that we were trying to beat him out of his due compensation and filed suit against us. Several experts in the field have come forward to identify the problems caused by poor workmanship regarding this project and several that we as laymen did not even consider as this thief, scam artist, Et. well aware of the issues at hand as he has employees due the manual labor when confronted with the obvious flaws in workmanship did his best to cover his tracks and make a clean get-a-way with the loot. Do not be swayed by this fast talker who dominates the conversation and has an answer for all your potential concerns.
