The response from the employee is nothing but the canned response that they, (JK and Monica Linder), have been spuing for years. Tjhey delay, promise and do nothing but exaslerated the problem. Just read the statement by Monica in the class action settlement, this problem was suppose to go away. Ya, right. It seems strange, (but not the way JK works), that the so called emplyee didn't use a name. Peter Salem, MA

Jerry, It is our goal at JK Harris to see your case through to completion and it is our hope that you will allow us to continue this work for you. It is vitally important that our customers and their Case Specialist work closely together and stay in contact to make sure that the documents we have are the most current and are in compliance with what the IRS needs to consider a resolution. In order to better the odds for a timely resolution to tax problems, it is important that clients give their Consultant the most accurate information available about their financial picture. Clients must also be diligent about sending in the documents that their Case Specialist requests of them. The documents are required by the IRS and without them we cannot work toward resolving the client's IRS problems. If you have specific questions regarding your case or other concerns you would like to address, please email us directly at [email protected]. It is our hope that we can assist you.
