Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I purchased a pair of pants that I liked after trying on.  As always, with any new item of clothing, I washed them, according to the label instructions -- cold water, dryer.  I always dry my clothes on cool & take them out before completely dried.  The label didn't indicate this, but this is how I cleaned it.  Very carefully & cautiously.

Upon removing the pants from the dryer, I noticed the inside seems had shrunkun up as if there was elastic pulling them.  It appears there is elastic in the inside seam which is strange. The entire pant was very wrinkled.  I let them completely dry on a hanger, then pressed them to hopefully remove the wrinkles & flatten the inside seam.

I put these pants on & I looked like I was going clam digging.  The $90 pants (sale price) looked ridiculous & looked like I'd had them for decades.  They had shortend to above my ankle.

I "chatted" with someone online who stated he couldn't accept a return that had been laundered.  I said it was ridiculous that after one wash, the company wouldn't accept a return of an item that had fallen apart.  Ultimately, he stated someone would phone me today, after the weekend.  Didn't happen.  I phoned the company & got the same runaround.  They don't accept returns on items that have been laundered.

I always wash the formaldehyde out of the item before I wear it.  Who doesn't?  If it falls apart after the very first wash, it should be returnable.  This shouldn't even be an issue.

This company is definitely not Zappos.  It's a rip-off company that sells items priced way over value, then refuses to stand behind their merchandise.

I also found a pair of flip flops they were selling for $30 more than the company's own website.

What a sham.  I'm turning this over to my credit card company.

What is absent from your life that makes you lurk online, throw yourself into someone else’s affairs, grossly misinterpret the issue & inject your knee-jerk ignorant & ill-formed opinion?

Are you lonely?  Are you the person you described when you thought you were describing me?  It sounds like indeed you are.

I’m sorry for your predicament, but for God’s sake, get help with your anger issues.  You (or should I say YOU?) sound like a fool.

This site is an effort to warn off prospective customers from less than genuine companies.  When you used the word “spamming” I realized that was what you were doing by trolling into territory you didn’t understand & dragging down the good work that is being accomplished here with your unintelligible ramblings.  Either you don’t have the intelligence or take the time (giving you the benefit of the doubt here) to understand the post.

You’re a pitiful thing & I’m sorry for you.  But there is hope.  Fill your heart with love & understanding or you will poison it.

So because they cannot take back clothing AFTER you have washed it, you feel its perfectly alright to do a end run around their policies and get your money back. You will KEEP the pants AND get your money back. YEP!! YOURE A SCAMMER!!! Two wrongs do not equal a right except in math. What YOU are doing is WRONG. But dont worry, one day it WILL come back on you. Probably as retribution from your credit card company. If you are willing to screw over a business just because YOU did not get your way, then how many other businesses have you used the credit card refund on?? One day the credit card companies will stop this and you will be a victim of your own stupidity.

People like you sicken me. You refuse to accept responsability for your actions and you JUSTIFY negative actions such as THEFT, CREDIT CARD FRAUD, WIRE FRAUD. THAT is what you will be doing....All because you did not get your way. On the bright side, when they contact the company that you made the purchase from, they will ask if YOU returned the items. They will say no and your credit card company will KNOW you are a theif and a scammer. So there will be some "justice" for the business you have so happily slandered online. It gets a bit worse for you...once they are contacted by the credit card company and the return of your money is denied. YOU are going to hop on RoR and blast the Credit Card company because THEY did not give you your way. What makes it worse for you is that once they get wind of THIS report and they READ how you have admitted that you are going to scam the business, they will probably go after you for fraud on a criminal level. See the web is a media outlet. Because of that YOU are under the very same LAWS that printed publications have to follow. So you BASICALLY admitted to the entire web that you plan on scamming them. Yeah...I wouldnt want to be in YOUR shoes.
