. I purchased two pairs of pants from Jen Llerna and J&t creations back in March of 2016. $100 each pair and I have yet to receive them and it is now Jan 2017. . I have sent numerous messages thru facebook messenger and email over the past month and received no replies.. She messaged me in Oct (6 moths after the pants we re ordered) and said they were finished and were being shipped. I waited an entire month before inquiring about them again. No response. I messaged again in December and again, no response. When she finally did reply after My girlfriend called her out on Facebook on December 16th, she promised to mail them the following Monday (Dec 18th) and still nothing.
Today, I went to her business page to try and send a message thru there and discovered she has me blocked from sending a message or commenting on any posts. I realized this after looking on a friends phone and seeing that they were able to post comments or send messages and I dont have that option. I have never left a negative comment towards her yet I see that she is still soliciting orders on her page, even saying orders for Rocklahoma are 4 weeks out yet I cant get an order I placed 48 weeks ago. I really hate having to resort to social media to fight this but I dont know of any other options . All I have asked from her is to communicate and let me know what is going on. I have not nagged her in any way. I finally posted all I wrote above on facebook tonite with screenshots and photo proof of all of my communications with her (and her lack thereof) and got reported by her and banned from facebook for 24 hours. BUYER BEWARE!
