I went to look at a Jeep Wrangler at this car lot on 7/18/03.I liked it filled out paperwork to buy it,paid a downpayment of 5,000 dollars and drove it home.

On 8/7/03 I went back to the dealership because they had called me to let me know my credit did not go through.I gave them the keys back and asked for my money back.I was told it would be mailed to me the next day.

Here it is 1/21/04 and them Lying Assholes has still not sent me my money.

To this day I still have not receved my money back. I have since found out this dealership has changed it's name to Carland Concepts Inc.I am still trying to make sure something is done about these people so what was done to me will not be done to anyone else.

Response to William-Woodstock ..they give me a different story everytime

1) I never bought the car.

2) The dealership could not get a Bank to finance for me with my credit.

3) The car was taken back to the dealership because they called to say I needed to come work something else out,for they could not get a Bank to finance in my name only.

4) I was told I could do one of two things.I could pay another $2500 dollars and get In House Finance,or find a Co-signer.

5) I had neither so the salesman and I decided I would leave the Jeep and my downpayment would be mailed to me.

6) If I was approved all this time, then why all the phone conversations I have had with these people, they give me a different story everytime?

7) If my credit was approved with Jack Frost, then why did the dealership run another credit check on Sept 9,2003 and the Jeep was taken back August 7, 2003.I have paperwork to prove this,so if there is something I am missing fill me in!

The customer is approved at Jack Frost Auto Sales

Customer in question bought the car, signed all the paperwork and documents then later on decided the payments were too much and let the car go back. This deal is a repossession, not an incidence of Jack Frost Auto Sales doing anything wrong.

Check the back of your contract. If you are in the right sue them

If a dealer cannot find financing for you the contract you signed is dead. Look back of the contract it should state the number of days the dealer has to obtain financing. If it goes past the time limit the dealer has to return the trade and down payment. Check your state laws on this. If you are in the right sue them in court for the money. When consumers start frying dishonest dealerships car buying may become a pleasent experience.
