Jack Key Terrible Service!!! Las Cruces New Mexico
Jack Key Motor Company located in Las Cruces has continued to provide the worst service within their service department that I have ever experienced. This is without question the most unprofessional, incompetent service depatment that Dodge owners have to choose from!
The primary problem discoved on a repeated basis is that of arrogance and rudeness directed at customers by the service manager himself. He is absolutely the poorest excuse for a manager of any capacity in any business that I have ever dealt with.
This service department has yet to fix a problem with one of my vehicles. They have even refused to complete warranty work that I paid for when I purchased a Dodge vehicle. The list of their complete lack of ability could continue.
The problem comes back to the character of the person charged with providing adequate care for Chrysler owners. This person lacks the character to provide a respectable, professional or even adequate response to problems discoverd with a vehicle.
Dodge unfortunatley will do nothing about the continued problems I have experienced but I can. I will personally educated all intersted parties (there have been many thus far) about the quality of care you will receive at Jack Key.
The one great thing I discoved through all of these experiences is, Sandoval Dodge. This organization does provide excellent, professional and timely service. The exact opposite of Jack Key and the service manager there.
I would direct everyone to purchase a vehicle anywhere else other than Jack Key. Unless you want to be treated in a rude and unprofessional manner. It that is your preference then Jack Key is for you! It certainly does not meet the minimum requirements for most consumers in a competitive market place today.
AVOID JACK KEY is the best advice I can provide.

I went into jack key to buy a truck. i had $12,000 in my account to pay the used truck off in cash as soon as i signed all the paper work. Not only did i not get a truck that day, but they wouldn't even help me. kept telling me i needed a co-signer. I told them there was no financing involved, that i was paying outright. They told me to get out
