feb.16, 2007 i needed a vegetable juicer and went online to find one i came across the offical jack la lanne web site and ordered one. when the online order did'nt go through i called the customer service number and ordered one. because i ordered a refurbished juicer i was told i would recieve it within 7 to 10 days.it is now march 2. every time i call customer service to find out why my order has'nt been shipped i get a different excuse. i've called customer service several times with no results.
