Jack Nolan's Towing & Auto Repair Never give them cash when you have Roadside Assistance or AAA!!!!!! Collegeville, Pennsylvania
I had my vehicle towed by Jack Nolan the tow driver tried to charge me $60.00 cash to tow my car to the dealership when I pay for AAA service.
I knew, unlike most that we never pay them for towing when we are covered under aaa or roadside assistance for new cars. Do not fall for their trap or let them tow your car!!!!
This tow driver towed my car to a dealership, argued with them about where to put the car (service side or behind their brand new cars in the back of the building.)
As he was taking my car off the tow truck he slammed it into the building causing damage to my vehicle and lying about it when I watched him do it. When he found out I was calling the police he got in his tow truck and tried to leave!
This company is a rip off, they try to charge you and when you are smart and realize you shouldnt be paying for this service they damage your car???
To top it off, he didnt even have a license! The owner of Jack Nolan came down to meet with the police officers to pick up the truck and let this guy drive away!!!

LEt me make a list of your nightmare:
Tow truck driver damaged car.
Tow truck driver tried to leave scene of accident
Owner of tow truck tried to smooth it over with the police so his truck and driver could leave scene of accident
Tow truck or driver not licensed (Not sure which)
Tow truck driver argued with shop about where to drop car.
Tow truck driver would not accept AAA.
The ONLY thing the idiot driving the tow truck might be even partly legal on is the AAA thing. Not all Tow services service AAA calls. If he was dispatched by AAA or claimed to be AAA report him and his plate # to the AAA. They have absolutely no sense of humor about Towing companies using there name to defraud and inconvenience their subscribers (YOU).
