Jack Pujji, Lowest Airfare Finder ripoff! They took my money and ran. Flushing New York
On December 14, we purchased two tickets from Jack Pujji with Alaska Airlines with confirmation # and everything seemed OK. But we never received tickets. After a lot of phone calls and emails and faxs, Pujji ignored all of them for about a month and finally my wife got hold of him on January 12, 2004, demanding tickets, he said he will call back in 10 minutes, but he never did. So we have to cancel confirmation # with Alaska Airlines and find someone else to buy tickets, before it's too late to get reasonable price.
We asked for refund ever since January 14, 2004, he ignored again. We filed a compaint to AG Office in New York, so far there is no response yet. We just found that from Google search that there were 7-8 victims against him. There maybe more people lured by him through his website. He needs to be stopped.
