Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I started working for Mr.Biesecker back in 2001, I started out as a delivery driver and after 2 years I was moved to the warehouse. It was a good job and he.... I thought was an excellent boss. He was cool and took care of his employees. Anyway, I play in a band and started to go on tour. I would let him know in advance so I would still have a job when I got back.

After my last tour in May, I come back on Monday to work. He shows up with his fifteen year old son and told me that he had to "let me go" but would pay me for my day's work and to train his son. I felt we left on good terms.

Looking for work and not being successful I naturaly filed for unemployment benefits. I spoke to the secretary and she provided me with the info I needed for my claim. She told me to tell umemployment that I was laid off due to the company downsizing.

On Monday June 13th, I recieved a call from unemployment and the person I spoke to told me that my former boss (Mr. Biesecker) told her I quit. That is pretty much what is happening. I call the warehouse and he will not answer the phone. I also know that he has screwed some of his business partners. Not paying back money he owes. He is rude and beligerant to his customers and to me on some occasions.

He also has a cocaine habit, I know because the secretary found a framed picture of his wife facing up wards on her desk with a razor blade, half a straw and some white powdery substance and showed it to me !!!

The unemployment office has not decided if I qualify for my benefits yet, but regardless of the outcome any of you in Austin Texas looking for work, do not go there. Magazine distribution companies all over the country and abroad, do not and I mean donot do business with this man and his company.

He has screwed former employees, distribution companies, and a bunch of former customers who used us to supply their stores with magazines. I think after four years of faithful service I deserve better than this. He will not speak to me. He is a coward and I hope he goes down soon, I hope this helps!! dont be fooled by his cool and laidback demeanor, the man is a snake.

THEY SAY ONE THING TO YOUR FACE BUT WHEN THE CHIPS ARE DOWN ---MAN, WILL THEY TELL ALL KINDS OF LIES ABOUT YOU. JUST LIKE I SAID, WHEN A RELATIVE OR FRIEND NEEDS A JOB --YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS TERMINATED WITH A BOGUS EXCUSE. iT IS TERRIBLY DIFFICULT TO FIND A JOB IN AUSTIN BECAUSE HE STARTED BLACKLISTING YOU THE MOMENT HE DECIDED TO ****CAN YOU. HE MIGHT HAVE LET YOU GO BECAUSE WHEN YOU LEFT TO DO THE TOUR, HE FOUND OUT THAT YOU WERE REPLACEABLE. i HOPE YOU CAN NOW LET YOUR ENTIRE JOB BE MUSIC BECAUSE I THINK HE WILL BLACKBALL YOU INTO OBLIVION. i hope that tour and extended leave of absence was worth it to you, man. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO MAKE A CHOICE, I WONDER IF HE WOULD HAVE FIRED YOU IF YOU HADN'T GONE ON THAT TOUR WITH THE BAND. TOUGH CHOICE. IN AUSTIN, THEY DON'T NEED AN EXCUSE TO FIRE YOU BUT IT LOOKS LIKE YOU GAVE HIM ONE. AND YOU SUSPECTED THAT HE DID COKE BUT THIS DIDN'T SEEM TO MATTER UNTIL HE LET YOU GO? I hope you got another job. I HOPE YOU CAN LIVE ON WHAT IT PAYS. IT MIGHT BE EASIER TO FIND A JOB IF YOU DO NOT USE THIS GUY AS A JOB REFERENCE. USE ONE OF THE PEOPLE YOU WENT ON TOUR WITH AND USE THAT AS A JOB REFERENCE SINCE YOU CONSIDERED IT TO BE MORE IMPORTANT THAN MAINTAINING YOUR WAREHOUSE JOB... GOOD LUCK!
