In 2011 we hire the services of Mr. Javier Perez dba 1A Remodeling Company due his references in Internet were categorized with FIVE STARS.
He quote us around $ 30,000 to renuew our house located in Mission Texas and we gave him as advances near $ 30.000 but he started the remodelation and suddenly he dissapear and apart the cash he kept the Aluminum form the Patio Door and he sold it to someone else.
We went to Mission Police Departemt but he dissapear from his home in Pharr and our Attorney suggested to set a lien in his house but before our lien we found over 30 liens for the same reason, he start the remodelation, took the cash advances and dissapear. Later I found him over the Internet as Drug smuggler and be jailed and free on bond. Also the property apart the dozens of liens appear under his wife and daughter not him. His daughter was working in that time in LOWE'S McAllen-Edinburg,Area.
If somebody know Javier Perez please contact immediately your city or County Police Department to put Mr Perez on Jail and forced him to return our monies saved during very long years. We are over 75 years old, retired due our age and disabled.

The only hoax is Javier Perez acting as contractor. He needs to stop hidding behind his wife and daughter and try to be somekind of man and pay up. He knows he is ripping off these hard working people then hides like a coward behind his family that tells you what kind of person he is or what kind of family he has.

MR PEREZ I AM NOT A LIER, YOU ARE, I HAVE EVIDENCE OF ALL THE MONEY I PAID YOU IN CHECKS RECEIVED AND ENDORSED AND COLLECTED BY YOU, ONE JUDGE IN MISSION HAS THE CASE, THE MISSION POLICE DEPARTMENT HAS A ORDER TO JAIL YOU, DISTRICT ATTORNEY RENE GUERRA HAS THE FILE TO MAKE A WARRANT TO JAIL YOU AGAIN, UNLESS IF YOU HAVE A " BANK CASHIER CHECK " DELIVER IN HAND TO RENE GUERRA OR ANY OF HIS ATTORNEYS IN HIDALDO COUNTY COURT HOUSE, WHEN READY JUST LET'S ME KNOW TO GO BACK TO THE VALLEY AND I WILL FLY FROM SAN FRANCISCO TO MCAALLEN TO PICK UP THE CHASHIER CHECK. I too was ripped off by this thief. not only did he take money and did not finish the job but also stole material and tools from me. I also reported him to Pharr PD which was less then helpful knowing that these theives know how to work the system. Dont waste your time or money serch for a true pro contractor
