Jaws Towing Sedona Service Center Ed Perry owner of the company, Steve the driver damaged my car while putting it on their truck $2,500 damage and will not own up to it! Sedona Arizona

Wednesday September 25th Jaws towing "STEVE" the driver came to my house to tow my Porsche to Scottsdale dealer. He proceeded to tow my car backwords onto their truck. First of all the cable was so taught it made a mark on my back bumper. While pulling it backwords my mufflers were scrapping the bed of the truck. Then he proceede to lift the back end of the car thus slamming the front end of my car to the ground! I was horrified...Telling him not to move the car as it was touching my driveway. He did it anyway thus scrapping the entire front bumper on the ground....Cracing paint under my clear bra. Then he put 4 x 4 block of wood under the front tires. Continuint to drag the car up and then scrapping the wood on the entire underside of my car. I told him repeatedly to stop....HE DID NOT! once the car was on the truck I asked him what we are going to do about all the damage? His reply, "what damage?" I said all this and pointed to all of it. He said, " I DID NOT DO THAT." I then asked him who the owner was? His reply, "OF WHAT?" The towing company!!!! I called and talked to the owner, or I thought it was. Turned out to be the Son. He was going to talk to the driver. I left and asked the driver not to damage my car any more when he dropped it off at the dealer. Then I went to Jaws Towing and showed the son the pictures I had taken. He wanted me to Email them to him so he could show the owner. I called him the next day and he told me when I get my car back to take it to Vincee's Auto Body and they would fix it. I said thank you and told him I appreciate how he does business. After two months of my car at the dealer I returned and took it to Vince's for an estimate. It came in around $2,500 and that is when JAWS TOWING had second thoughts. They did not want to pay for the repairs. I took it to them so they could take pictures tow different times. The owner RED PERRY told me it was normal ware and tear...since his BMW has it from all the parking stops at Safeway. I asked him if he crashed his car everytime he parks? As I do not do that since I know how low my car is and am very careful with it. THEY are a company that only has insurance starting out at $10,000 deductible and will not pay for the damage their company and driver caused. The owner said if they caused the damage then the driver would have to pay for it. he even asked me if the driver could pay my deductible? I said to him are you crazy? I did not cause this and thus will not go on my isurance so I can pay higher rates later. I just got in touch with RED afet a week since he put my car on his lift to take more pictures. REMEMBER I had to call him. He says it is all normal damage for a car that low and he is not going to pay for anything he did not cause. And if there was any damage from the dirver it is incidental! I let him know I will see him in small claims court!

DO NOT UNDER ANY SURCOMSTANCES LET THEM TOW YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!!!!
