Don't be concerned about Jay Servidio's threats to sue you. With his shoestring operation, he can't even pay his employees, much less come up with a $5,000 retainer for an attorney. Say anything you want about the fatty fraudster.
He's like a schoolyard bully. He huffs and puffs and threatens, but if you stand up to him, he backs off and whines about suing you. He's an overweight sissy with an eighth-grade education and room-temperature IQ who can't take the heat when someone calls him on the carpet for his fraudulent business practices, worthless turnkey Web sites, and con artist bluster.
Keep blasting him on the boards because you never know when one of your posts will save an innocent newbie from losing his/her savings to cyber crook Jay Servidio. Next to canoodling with Eva Longoria, that's the best feeling in the world!
