JC Keepake Diamond Centers JC Keepake diamond warranties for life. What a joke!!!! Greeley, Colorado
My then boyfriend went to JC Keepsake in the Greeley mall in June
2005 and purchased a wedding set, he paid 2,300.00 for the rings
which included a lifetime warranty with the stipulation that i brought
my ring in every 6 months to get cleaned.
I did my part and got it cleaned every 6 months for almost 3 years, where at that time around May of 2006 we went back to the store to get the wedding band. It was at this time that we were informed that JC Keepsake was bought out by Brendan Diamonds. The employee there told us that my warranty was still valid.
A year after I got my ring I lost a diamond, but JC Keepsake was still in business. Since then, I have had to get my ring serviced at least three times because the diamonds keep coming loose. I have spent about $100.00 on fixing my ring because I have no place that will honor the JC Keepske warranty. I am not hard on my jewelery and take very good care of my wedding ring. I am scared to even wear my ring. It seems like the ring is just poor quality.
