Jd Byrider Cnac chrged me for three years interest after repossession at 24.5% so cost of car doubled again Sandusky Ohio
well my husband an i went into jdbyryder for a car when we were about 23 years old we nothing about cars and credit. Anyway to make a long story short after paying for the car for about three years our car was repowed from our driveway after 2months of non payment which was okay.
but since the company moved we could not get in contact with them and they never got in contact with us my husband tried to get in contact with cnac to try to resolve the situation of course ther was no getting in contact with them.
Then about four months ago we recieve legal papers in the mail stating that we owe almost the same amount we paid for the car after we paid for the car for about three years this situation is something i truly dont understand how you can hold on to a loan for three years dont get in contact with person then charge them almost 4,000 dollars in interest when we only owed 3,200 dollars when they repowed the car?
