JD Byrider Jona MCdonald, very rude, nasty, call all the time 5-7 times a day ripoffs, they just get on my nerves. They do not know when to stop. they have re-wrote my car loan 3 different times and they say they did not Jona found a little old lady across the street from me & called her for her to bring me a mess. to call Jona. she is SICK Ripoff Columbus Ohio
Jona MCdonald, very rude, nasty, call all the time 5-7 times a day ripoffs, they just get on my nerves. They do not know when to stop. they have re-wrote my car loan 3 different times and they say they did not when I still have all the paper work from them. Jona found a little old lady that lives across the street from me & called her for her to bring me a mess. to call Jona. she is SICK
Someone needs to SHUT down ALL JD Byrider & CNAC stores... they are wasteful. They will not let any one alone. they call and say mean things to you or your family and they dont even care. They are heartless. VERY!!! When I first got my car it was a piece of crap and the so called guys that fix the cars could not even do it. so they had to take my Ford to Ricart in Columbus, Oh to the Ford shop to have them fix it cause they did not know what was wrong with it. Come to find out the guys at JD were the ones that did most of the damage to the truck and I have all that still on paper. So jd byrider had to pay almost #3000.00 more for Ricart to fix it the right way.
The people they have working there have NO HEARTS... they are just worthless.
I have no use for them and I am sorry I have there truck. I would not tell nobody about them.
Try calling headquarters in Carmel, In and you will get somewhere. I have gotten 3 different people fired..:0)
