Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I was told that I would be able to pay my car off in 3.5 years well they are reporting a different amount on my credit. They also OVERCHARGED me for the car that I have. I hate this company they hound you over $20 and will repo your car doesn’t matter if you’ve never missed a payment they will not work with you. I had to threaten them in order to get my payments changed to my new pay schedule they tried to accuse me of lying about my change of employment. I was in desperate need of a car but now realized I could’ve went to a real dealership and could’ve been in a way better car. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone even with bad credit it all seems fine at the beginning .

Why would someone with a “PERFECT PAYMENT HISTORY” complain that “they hound you over $20” and be concerned about a repo?

You clearly have failed to disclose a major factor of the story.

People who are never late and always pay on time do not need a company to "work with them". People who are abiding by the terms of the agreement they signed to not "threaten" the fiannce company if they want something changed. Oh and most importantly people that are never late and always pay on time do NOT get their car reposessed.

So you can say whatever you want, and perhaps eventually you may convince them(and perhaps even yourself) of what you are saying.

By the way this is a PUBLIC web site and as such the PUBLIC may respond and yes they may not agree with you.

Before you decide to comment again Robert I really do not care about your opinion I have PERFECT PAYMENT HISTORY so don’t assume you think you know what you’re talking about by saying I’ve been late and missed this and that you don’t know me at all and instead of being judgemental you should’ve just moved along

If you have never missed a payment why do you need them to "work with you"? Let me guess you never missed "a" payment, but by your own admission  perhaps more than once have not made the full payment because of something that "wasn't your fault". Perhaps you always made "a" payment but were late on several occassions. Well guess what unless you are making the full payment when it is due you are delinquent. Yes, even if you are short by $1. By the way it is very likely the condition of paying off your car in 3.5 years was dependent on timely payments per the original agreement, which you have apparently failed to obide by.

As for threthning them to change your pay cycle? I am really curious what sort of "threat" you used, because I can guarantee you that nothing in the contract you originally signed stated that they had to allow you to change your payment just because you wanted to(or for any of 100 other excuses you could come up with).  So any change in the payment terms would be them "working with you".

By the way if you ended up at a Sub-Prime dealer/finance company you could NOT have gone to a regular dealer because they would have taken one look at your credit and laughged you out of the building. People do NOT go to places like this if they have good or even decent credit, these "high risk" dealers exist for the "high risk" indivudaual who has not proven they can handle credit. Where in just a few sentences you have proven why you are considered "high risk".

As for being overcharged for the car, that is nothing more than a case of buyer's remorse. As the time to negotiate the price is BEFORE you bought the car.
