As our ad in our website states and also in our product list, these were Department Store Furniture Store Returns and Floor Models. It was a full truckload of sofas, dinettes, bedroom sets, tables, entertainment centers, love seats, couches and much more. The cost was $1,995 for the entire load. By the way, who is 123 motivational? Is this one of our customers? We never misrepresented this as being new merchandise or retail ready product. It states, and even the client said so in her complaint, that these are store returns and floor models. The client was being a little excessive in stating that the merchandise is salvation army items. Yes, the load is not new, it is returns and the client knew that before she purchased the merchandise. JD Closeouts did nothing wrong. Any client that wants to purchase from us will always be taking a chance on return merchandise, since returns can be damaged, used or in good condition (sometimes even almost new). But, if you purchase from JD Closeouts and ask for new merchandise, we will give you only new merchandise. We guarantee it will be new.
