JD Marvel Products ripoff Champlain New York
They owe me 3 pairs of slippers or refund my hard earned dollars .....
I answered their add in the paper and ordered 3 pairs of slippers (for Xmas gifts) when I didn't get them after waiting a month, I called and was told they were out of stock. Said they would be in around the middle of December.
I told them they were presents and that would be too late for me to mail them out, and to just refund me my money. Said they would 'cut me a check on 12/18/02'.
It is now 01/05/2003 and I still haven't gotten my refund!.
They need to be prosecuted for ripping off folks, when these were ordered with good intentions and hard earned dollars, especially nowadays!.
