This is the worst experience I have had with a website designing company. Last year about Sept & Oct, we are working on setting up a new restaurant in Brooklyn, NY, and we were looking for a web design company in which they could do a nice job of web design. I have personally searched for about 5 company & finally we decided to give our project to them, JD technology systems.

The reason we gave them the project because the owner, Jeremy Glick, peasonally guaranted me they would do a nice job, and they even layout a written proposal for all the time frame to get that site done. We need the site up in running by the end of Nov, 2006 and he verbally guarranted that they could get everything done by then, due to the professional written agreement, plus the personal guarrantee, we decided give them a try.

Again, this is our 1st time getting a web designing company to do the job, of course we were so excited.

Unfortunately, it isnt the case! Our official website was kinda completed by the middle of March 2007, 4 months delay compare what they have promised in the written agreement. By that time, we have already gave them 2/3 of the payment so we pretty much have no other choice, besides keep waiting.

Finally, the site was kinda completed (again, it isnt 100% completed, but i need the site anyway, because my restaurant has already been opened more than 4 months!), and they obviously ask for the final payment.

I have a serious personal matter to deal with in the middle of March, so on March 8, I have to book a ticket fly back to Sacramento, CA by the 10th (i could prove that too) for 10days. Of course, I havent told everyone about that, because it is an urgent matter.

While I was in Sacramento, I realised my website has been pull off, meaning that no one could normally access to it and see what we offer! so I called them up, and they re-post the site again.

I came back on the 21st of March, in which, i have a lot to catch up for my restaurant due to employees issue. Unfortunately, they pull off the site again! I dont know when, but i told them that I have already sent them their final payment, because they havent received it yet, so they have to pull it off again.

Obviously they know that they havent done a good job in the 1st place, and they obviously know that they have created another unhappy customers (in which i know they have 3 projects got delay too at the same time), but they were so afraid they wont get paid, so they pull off the site try to giving their customers pressure to pay.

Personally, I am in the service industry, and for sure, I am not appreciated being treated that way. my site still wasnt up in running as of today (April 9th). For the money I am paying and for the service level I am receiving, this is a ripoff.
