It started when I couldnt get financed anywhere. I had had a recent reposession and I needed a car very badly, I traveled about 10 miles to work everyday with no public transportation. I saw the catchy commercial on how JDByrider was good and caring about credit rebuilding. I had gone in and I wanted a cavelier, they had 4 to choose from, but they first off only let me look at one of them, they said that the other ones were too expensive for me, even though they were all 98's.

well the test drive was wonderful, smooth ride, great sound system, and a good price, about 6,000 dollars. I got the financing done in 45 minutes, much better then the 3 hours for my last 2-4 hours for my last 2 cars. the sales woman helping me was wonderful, caring, joking, got me 3 cups of coffee, the F&I guy was great and sent congratulation letters and cards etc. and after months of really faithful car payments, sometimes double, ahead of schedule, and triple payments, I was an example to other customers of my sales lady, she would call and check up on me, and tell me I was doing wonderfully, she was so proud of me.

I had the car for about 2 days and it started to shimmy and shake at high speeds of 45 mph and over, so I over looked it as new car jitters and the bugs would work themselves out, it went on for a month and finally had it looked at, turns out the tires needed alligning. then the brake pads went, about a year later I had replaced the alternator, power steering pump, and battery. I figured it was just an older car and things would break, I made this comment to the sales people and they said the same thing, finally a few months ago, the transmission went and the heat sensor over loaded and the car melted under the hood, and now I have no car and I have been saving for a new one.

whats worse is I tried to trade it in for a new car and they car dealership I took it to told me that they did a carfax report and found out I had a salvaged title, I couldnt get out of this car if I buried it. I have about 5 more payment in my payment book and I still owe a great deal of money, I didnt realize that I was paying not 26% but nearly 32% interest, is that even legal?

The funny part, they gave me a broke down piece at triple the price and all with a smile on thier face. Just remember the next time you buy a car from anywhere, especially JDByrider, bewhere that under every sheep's cloth is a wolf out to take your money and run!
