JEANNIE KERN, KERNS AND ASSOCIATES IS FULL OF $$#@.  STAY AWAY.

She ignores your emails, has a phone that she never picks up, she always has an excuse of why your files arent done.  She is always saying she is too busy to answer calls or respond to each client but still will not do what she is paid for.  It doesnt matter, CPN, Credit Repair, Funding this lady is full of s**t.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS LADY AND COMPANY!!

Can anyone tell us what company will be in business if they are too busy for paying clients? 

JEANNIE KERN is a ripoff artist.  IF SHE IS SO BUSY WHY IS SHE ADVERTISING FOR MORE BUSINESS WHEN SHE IS TOO BUSY TO TAKE CARE OF CURRENT CLIENTS.  We HAVE OTHER FRIENDS IN THE BUSINESS THAT SHE HAS DONE THE SAME THING TO.  Jeannie Kerns will only take your money.  SHE WILL GLADLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO THE WORK.  SHE ALSO ADVERTISES CREDIT REPAIR SWEEP BUT SHE DOES NOT DO ANYTHING PERIOD.  Our FRIENDS AND I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF.  Everyone we have sent to her have been ripped off.

SHE DOES NOT RESPOND TO OUR CALLS, I DONT KNOW ANYONE SHE HAS EVER CALLED BACK.  HER phone number is not a number to reach you.  Its probably a magic jack or google number that she NEVER ANSWERS. - ALWAYS VOICEMAIL. 

If anyone has been ripped off please email us at JeannieKernFRAUD at G M A I L dot  c  o  m with your contact information.  Jeannie take this as a warning.  START GIVING EVERYONE WHAT THEY PAID FOR BECAUSE WHAT YOU ARE DOING RIGHT NOW IS CONSIDERED THEFT BY DECEPTION.

We bet her rebuttals will be some garbage about having a family or life or some other reason.  You tell me when anyone has ever called a real business and you heard your internet is not working because the engineer had to go to the dentist or some other lame a*s excuse. IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS ACT LIKE ONE AND STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.  IF YOU CAN HANDLE IT RETURN EVERYONE'S MONEY WITHOUT THEM ASKING with a note you cant process at this time.  That would be the proper thing to do.  BUT NO Jeannie Kerns doesnt give a s**t about her clients.  If Jeannie cannot handle the volume of clients she needs to stop advertising for more business.  This is THEFT.

 I purchased a couple packages that I am yet to receive feedback on. I get that things come up, but when you ask for an update, the response is a mass email on why you WILL NOT get a response. You pay for a service because of the 30, 45, 60 day turnaround and once that time frame passes, you see no results. I personally planned certain things around an expected date of completion for credit repair, max Out Package, and Tradelines....I've seen nothing. I send an email asking for an update once a week and received the mass email with a response basically saying "I got behind on some files, if you emailed me I will not respond wait the time frame..." My problem is, I pay for the service and expect the turnaround given for that service. I currently have the Max Out Package that has a 30 day turnaround. I'm at day 58 with no service, no response to email, no refund. I have credit repair that's is at month 4 with not 1 change. I also have 3 Tradelines that I'm at 2 months that have not posted to my credit. I have lost a few things vetting on her services. I'm at a breaking point now. I always pay for my services and get email responses on the day that I pay. After that no more replies. I still get weekly emails from her with new services and packages, but why offer more services if the current clients aren't taken care of?

You know I go through 3rd parties and you know I sometimes take a few days to answer! 

In which I actually had JUST answered and then saw this.. 

I cannot believe that you wrote this.. 

and the repair -- I was massively backed up -- Jesus - I think people prefer me to lie to them instead of telling them the truth -- I told you what was going on - I try to make sure that I inform you and others.. 

YOU COULD HAVE CAME TO ME -- This is just so wrong.. Seriously wrong.

You kind of people have nothing better to do, why dont you contact her and ask her to do that instead of writing crap on a website like this. I am another one of the brokers in the circle that is defending her. I agree that sometimes things get lost but its not something that is purposely done on her part at all. People in the business are very pushy and want things way before the time they are suppose to get them. I am a repair broker and my clients start asking me 4 days after their information is submitted and can completely drive me mad unless I say something to them. 

I am asking you to contact her and work this out. I am sure she will have no problem doing so with you, and anyone else as well that is not satisified. She does need help but do you know how hard it is to find help these days without people taking advntage of you and your business. Give her a chance. You will see she is very nice and genuinely wants to help people.

Again another dumb a*s that is missing the point. Any of you other jackasses that have something to say we really dont care.

YOU CAN SEND AN ARMY OF REBUTTALS WE DONT CARE, THIS IS NOW OUT THERE FOR THE WORLD TO SEE AND THEY CAN CONTACT US AT JeannieKernFraud@Gmail . com if they have been ripped off.

This is posted as a reference of the people's business she has caused damage to due to her broken promises. To everyone that has responded to our email, please resend and include the dates of your payments and the results as we have requested. Again anyone reading this that has not gotten what they have paid for please email us at JeannieKernFraud@G M A I L. C O M.

Now to address the comments from her latest pawn....

No one should have to do a charge back period. She should issue a refund if she does not have time to do the work. She willingly accepts payment but does nothing for weeks and ignores emails. Who gives a s**t what your experiences have been? We are speaking based on our experiences. This is directed at Jeannie and her business practices not to your brown nosing a*s. Again we are happy you have gotten what you paid for (Applause). Everything we are stating are facts, we have documentation.

If the workload is too much then she should stop advertising for more business since she obviously cannot handle what she currently have and stop ruining broker's businesses. Or she can simply hire an assistant to clear up the backlog.

No one is questioning the cost of her services you asswipe. This is purely about her being non responsive and making promises she cannot keep over and over. Our reputation as well as other brokers and individuals reputations have been ruined because of promises made by Jeannie Kerns, Kerns & Associates. Once we accept a payment from our clients we have to discuss a timeline of completion with them based on what she promised. When she does not live up to those promises it hurts our business and ruins our reputation as well as others.

Yes we post additional links as proof that this is a pattern for her and she has caused damage to several individuals and businesses over the years. If she was performing as she promised no one would have a reason to post anything to alert others.

Your point about DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER is useless. Please go help her and do what you wish because we are compiling a list of people she has ripped off as your read this. It doesnt matter you cannot stop the truth. Please,PLEASE by all means go file a lawsuit. We have receipts and documentation to back up EVERYTHING we say. So again lets see who has more to lose here because what she has done is not just civil it can be criminal activity as well.

FRAUD -- wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.

We and others do work and we are minding our business unlike you which decided to jump into a situation that had nothing to do with you.. This was not directed at you so kindly go have a seat and you too can shut the f**k up!!

ALL WE ASK IS THAT SHE STOP MAKING BROKEN PROMISES TO HER CLIENTS, RESPOND INSTEAD OF IGNORING HER EMAILS AND TAKE CARE OF EVERYONE THAT HAS PAID HER IN A TIMELY MANNER. THATS IT.

1. She does not take people's money. Even if she wanted to a charge-back can be done within a 6-8 month time frame - You are full of sh** plain and simple

 2. Workload - you obviously have not worked with her long enough to know her at all. Maybe you just sit around and like to complain about people, but I have worked with this person going on 5 years now and so has my entire circle of associates and she always gets the job done. Sometimes its a little longer than expected but it is always done. I can have 50 people come here and write positive reviews about her in a day about her work ethics and her personal ethics. She is one of most giving people in this business I know of. Most people just want to charge you an arm and a leg for nothing. $2000 or $3000 for credit repair. Those are the scammers, not her. 

 3. Posting links - Do you honestly think that people in this business do not know about those links? 95% of all people in this type of business have them theirselves because of people like you who do not go to the source to take care of the issue. You have not gone to her at all to resolve it, this I am 100% positive about. Because she is not one to ignore people at all. Might get backed up and not respond to people in a timely manner somedays, but she always responds to who she can. You are just a drama maker who claims things that are not true at all. If you would have reached out to her she would have responded to you. I can say this without any reserve at all. 

 4. Mentioning family - This is a terrible thing for anyone to say. Do you realize that this person works 7 days a week because of people like you who cause drama if she does not? Can you say that? Do you work 7 days a week? Then you have the gaul to say she cannot use her family or medical as a reason? AT LEAST SHE TELLS ALL OF US THAT SHE IS GOING TO BE OUT. Would you do that? 

 5. Defamation of character occurs when someone makes a false statement about you that causes you some type of harm. The statement must be published (meaning some third party must have heard it), false, and it must result in harm, usually to the reputation. (We have been notified that you have written this, we (many people) will be helping her in everyway possible to stop people like you who think they have the right to write things like this about people because they don't have the courage to go straight to the source. 

 6. Go to work and mind your own business. Or better yet, you should email her, request services from her, and even after you writing complete non-sense about her, she will oblige to doing so. Because again, you are completely and totally wrong about her and your evaluation of her or her business.

This was expected.

First: to this Jacka** "Jackson Guilien", this will be our only response to your dumb a**.  Further responses from you will be ignored, but your ignorance or you being simply unaware needed to be addressed.  You are obviously someone Jeannie alerted of our post, we are very happy that you and your broker friends actually got what you paid for (or so you say). Kudos to you and yours. However, no one asked your opinion and this has nothing to do with you, so mind your business.  This is for the people that were ripped off and its really obvious that YOU ARE THE ONE WITH NO CLUE! So please go ahead and file your defamation lawsuit, make extra copies then shove them up your a** and shut the fu** up!

As always - 

I do call people back - however I am very upfront about how s***** I am with phone calls - That is no secret - i cannot spend all day long talking to people online or I would get nothing done at all ! 

Same goes with emails - I cannot respond to everyone - every second of the day ! I have work that needs to be done - 

I dont text - I dont use a cell phone - and If I did - Id still have no time - 

Calling people scammers is ridiculous - If you need me - ALL you have to do is put URGENT IN THE SUBJECT LINE -- and I respond - maybe not in second but I do respond. I do not have to hire someone to help me - This is my business and just because you want it on your time does not work - I have time frames - I have gone past them yes I have - but you know that is life - and I tell people I am delayed. 

You need me - email me -- I am here all the time 7 days a week -- Just let me know
