I ordered the credit repair special for $175. This fee covered both me and my husband for credit repair. We were promised credit scores in the high 600's within 80 days. We were in the beginning stage of looking for a home. We contacted Jeannie for credit repair services and she assured me prior to making my payment that she could clean our credit within 80 days. So we signed up. We went to a mortgage loan officer and we received a pre-approval with 1 contingency, to clear a couple belmishes from our credit reports. I asked for 80 days and he gave us 80 days to get things cleared up. At this time, we also notified our landlord that we will be moving out on a specific day.

So about every 2 weeks I would contact Jeanie for status updates, NEVER receieved a response. I called and left voicemails, no callbacks or responses to email. After about 45 days in, I requested a refund. This is the one and only time that I received a response, and the response was that I could not get a refund. Told that her husband hurt his back and she got behind. 

Two weeks later, I email her for an update. No response. I email all 3 email accounts each time. I go to the website and send a chat from the site. I get a response that she is not getting any of my emails. For whatever reason, I get numerous newsletters weekly with other "specials". So I patiently wait out the 80 days. No change in either my credit or my husbands credit. 

Our loan officer has pulled out of the deal so we have lost the house that we were purchasing. Our move out date for the rental is in 2 weeks. We cant retract the letter because the landlord has accepted another application on the property. We have no place to go at this point. 

I contacted Jeannie and asked for a different service at the same price that I paid for the credit repair, no response. 

Its very frustrating because we put alot on the line for this repair and she doesnt seem to care that she is taking peoples money and not delivering the services that were paid for.

Jeannie contacted me with sincere apologies and resolved the issue. There was a lack of communication however she took full responsibility and resolved the issue immediately. I am satisfied with the prompt response.

If I did not answer you then it means I did not get your email. I specifically stated that I was having issues with my main email and to please resend ANY emails that were sent to me.

Yes I did get behind, NO, it was not intentional but it happens and I apologize for that and have NO problem compensating, or refunding the amount that was paid. Not one bit -- Again I am sorry if it caused you issues, that was not my intention at all and would like to rectify this immediately. Please contact me so we can fix the problem as soon as possible.
