Jeff Almiron is a liar, a cheater, and a thief. We went into business together in Orlando, FL opening a Night Club and he failed to do what he said he was going to do! Myself and my business partner put up close to $250,000 into the business and Jeff only ended up contributing around $10,000 when the operating agreement stated that he was responsible for a 50k capitol investment. We bought all of the equipment, lighting, dance floor, sound system, coolers, everything! Jeff didn't do anything to help opening or to run the operation! As per our operating agreement and ethics policy he was kicked out of the corporation and relieved of all of his shares of stocks. After we found out that he owned illegal ticket booths, had drug charges, and even worse gun charges we realized that he was a real criminal and a life long con-man! We ended up selling the company and all of the fixtures, furniture, and equipment. Beware whoever decideds to get into business with him! After we started the process of removing him from the corporation he went and emptied the bank account and dissappeared! It was like a horrible bad dream, and I hope this repport will help bring him to justice!
