I applied for a free horoscope which I received and then an offer to have a full report. I went on to the site to do this and got a message from her that she was on line and she could do my reading right away if I filled the form out and made payment. Stupidly I did this and entered my credit card details and then the live chat terminated and each time I went back on line to chat with her she just kept cutting me off.

I then thought I would try again and told her that I gave her the wrong credit card number. She asked for the correct one and I gave her a bogus one and then she said I would have to make payment another way since I entered it wrong the first time. I asked where could I send a cheque to and she gave me a link -

This was a page that asked you to state which payment method you were going to use and then the postal address -

Astrology Answers, PO Box 528, Hartford, 06057 C.T, USA.

I then asked her on line if she would notify me when she received my cheque and if she would also cancel the credit card payment incase it was someone else's card to which she said she would then the live chat terminated.

BEWARE EVERYONE OF THIS FRAUDSTER!!!

Maybe a few written letters to the mailing address above demanding money back will shake her up a bit since she won't respond to emails or on live chat.

Kirst, I'm Claire, Jenna's assistant and if you will email me at a special email for this Rip Off site "[email protected]", I'll respond immediately to you complaint. It appears that you put the wrong credit card information intentionally which speaks for itself and Jenna's debit system would reject this action as it did. At this point the only way she'll allow someone to order a report is through the page she sent to you that you listed on your complaint page. You never indicated that you even sent a payment with this alternate form but if you did, please email me and I'll work with you personally on this complaint and post the results on this complaint page. It seems the only fraudulent action taken here is intentionally entering the wrong credit card number. I'm not clear what money you are requesting back as you don't indicate you paid anything however please contact me immediately so a refund can be made to you if it is the case.
