I also had an experience of betrayal with "Jenna". She advertises that she provides free numerological readings of names. She uses this means to sell her false astrological readings. I had an extensive online chat with her where she agreed to do a reading for me as well as give me guidance on my name. I went ahead with payment as she repeatedly assured me that the numerology would be included. The profile came back to me with no numerological appraisal and after I contacted her about it she replied she is not practising numerology at this time. It was so frustrating. I expect any business person to be accountable for there word and wish there was a way to get rid of scammers like Jenna. She also sent her first reading which is the way she first responds to request for numerological readings with alot of information that promised to let me know more details of if I went ahead with full profile. The full reading had completely differing information in it as if she had sent somebody elses profile. I sent many emails detailing all the inconsistencies and only received back brief emails that brushed off all of my complaints. She advertises as counsellor as well and if what I received back is any indication of her capacity in that field I feel sorry for her clients. I realise now that the in filling out the first pop up box I found of her services she does ask a couple of extra questions like sex and marital status. I get now that they are ways for "her" to choose which pre-written enticing blurb she will send back to gullible people as I was. I hope somehow people using the internet for blatent false advertising can be monitered and removed.

I know that Jenna can't please everyone but I can say she her reports are the most complete and personal that can be found anywhere and she has received over 8,500 unsolicited testimonials of her accuracy and how the reading matched their lives so completely and receives letters every week with this same theme.
