If an report was ordered, it was either sent to you and your email delivery system sent it to you bulk mail which happens many times or your credit card was refused and no report was completed and I'll happily help you know which and resolve your issue for you and if you were not correctly charged, I'll ensure your funds are immediately refunded to you and post the results on this site, so I hope to here from you soon.
