Complaint Review: Jennifer Robinson Givenright.com - FEDERAL WAY Washington

I had a great experience with givenright.com. I hired them to find my sister that was placed for adoption before I was born and they found her. I chose givenright because their rates were much more reasonable than any other search company I found online. I got more information than I ever hoped for (sister's name, address, phone number, adoptive parent's names, brother's name, myspace page with pictures, etc). I feel like I ripped them off! I know you signed a contract just like I did. The contract said they had 90 days to work on a case and that the retainer was non-refundable. Just because you didn't get things your way or in your time doesn't mean that this company is a scam.

I chose them because of their price, their professionalism, and their friendliness. Not only did they find the daughter that I placed for adoption 20 years ago, but they found her in a matter of hours. I paid them my deposit and my final payment on the same day. I have been completely satisfied with GivenRight.com and I have finally had the missing piece of my family back. I would recommend this company to ANYONE who is searching for someone who has been separated from them by adoption. Everyone who works for GivenRight.com is either an adoptee, a birth-parent, or a sibling of an adoptee, so these searches are very personal to them. They treat every search as if they were their own. The staff are very friendly and professional. I can only wish every client of GivenRight.com the best of luck and success in their search.

I contacted this company nearly two years ago--spoke and dealt with Jennifer Robinson, directly. There was not one false statement spoken, nor one lie told in my case. I was adopted at birth, Jennifer located my birth mother, within a two week period. Jennifer had a wonderful insight regarding my birth mother--I did meet my birth mother--once--she agreed to meet me to tell me she did not want any of her children she gave up --could not remember exactly how many she had! None of this was the fault of givenright.com or Jennifer. She will definitely PRAY WITH YOU and FOR YOU-not on you!! YES --I did pay for the information--well worth givenright.com's SMALL FEE. Jennifer became an understanding friend, an "ear and voice of reason" for me!! I will forever be blessed for having Jennifer come into my life--she is always in my heart. THANK YOU GIVENRIGHT and Jennifer!!
