I spent $500.00 for leads from Marty Price from the realty connexion and Jeremy Brandt from fasthomeoffers.com and webuyhouses.com and the request was simply not honored. I have waited for several months for the leads and have not received them. Marty Price sold the company webuyhouses.com to Jeremy Brandt and advised Jeremy to provide me the leads which I paid his company for (I still have a copy of the email accidentally sent to me) and Jeremy never provided me the leads or a refund as agreed to do when he bought the business. I have asked repeatedly for my leads or refund but am continually ignored. If Jeremy or his company cannot be honorable over a minor $500.00 amount how can he or his company be reliable in buying your home for cash? Do the right thing and give me my money back.
