If any one knows the whearabouts of Jerry Wayne Lloyd please contact the Texas Child Support. He's ripping off and sexually abusing his own children.
Jerry Wayne Lloyd has not paid Child Support in 14 years. He continues to avoid California and Texas to locate him. He just started paying $300.00 in late 2002. Complains it's to much, because he is remarried and has another child. Has another child before me. And three children with me.
I sent my daughter to visit her father, for the first time in 11 years, where his wife (Samantha Lloyd), and Jerry physically and sexually abused the child. Made a plea to the D.A. to sign over rights if he didn't have any jail time.
He has an arrest record for picking up prostitutes and young girls. Should have been in jail but Children's Services in California did not do their job and protect the child. Was ordered to have no contact with child but still does.
Child was adopted by Aunt Tina Burc in California, against my wishes. The Stse of California refused to send her home to Tennessee. The Aunt is the father's sister. And allowes such contact. I have called Child Protective Services and reported that there is still contact with father. If any one knows the whearabouts of Jerry Wayne Lloyd please contact the Texas Child Support at (817) 926-7197. Jerry's Birthday is Oct. 4th, 1964.

Can someone please tell Hugh to look at the dates of this report before he forms an opinion. The child is now 19 years old, and married. She has a beautiful son. That is where my husband and I became grandparents. She has acknowledged my husband Jerry and I as the childs grandparents, that's what make the allegations so far fetched. The older son is serving our country in Iraq, an no one knows where the youngest (17) child is. Samantha

Hard to follow thru all the twists and turns, except this is a group of folks that should not be breeding. The final sentence in the reply is that the child's father and the stepmother are now grandparents. Does this mean the 11 year old child has already downloaded a tricycle motor of her own?

Ok, for starters I am the Samantha mentioned in this report. My husband has not denied anything where these kids are concerned. Let's get one thing straight, he has one child for sure with this woman. The oldest is not his ( her admission). The youngest, we are not sure if it is his ( her grandmother's admission) The $300.00 a month is enough, for someone who doesn't even have any of the children living with her. The middle child that came to visit, didn't even know her father, you see Kathy took the kids to Korea and lived there for seven years, without getting permission from Jerry to take them ( in divorce papers, permission is required). She lived if Riverside, CA for 3 years and never called Jerry or his family ( father in law has had same phone number for over 20 years. When Kathy called Jerry after all this time, she needed someone to watch the kids ( two youngest) it was about 5 months between the first phone call and the time the girls came out to see us. The middle child was very taken with her aunt and father and wanted to stay in CA. That would mean Kathy would lose part of the support and she wasn't having it. The child went back to Alabama ( where they lived at the time) and acted out,so that she could come to CA, which she did. Contrary to Kathy's allegations of sexual and physical abuse ( none of that ever happened)if it did, why would the child threaten Kathy with the police if she didn't send her back to us ( the child visited Alabama at Christmas ) The child acted out while she was with us, and lied constantly, she wanted me out of her father's life, so she could have him all to herself, so without dragging this out, proceeded to make allegations ( that were never found to be true) My husband has no history of anything criminal. She sure is a angry hateful person, who just wants money. I even heard her tell Jerry, she knew who the oldest child's father was all the time, but Jerry was easier to find and had a job. Well the end of the story goes like this. Tina adopted her, because that is what the middle child wanted. Her, and her dad and I have a great relationship!!! My husband and I are grandparents. She talks to us all the time.
