Jersey Kings - 818Jerseys I ordered a Walter Payton Football jersey from Jersey Kings or 818 Jerseys, They Never Shipped It, They Ignore all Correspondence ripoff Calabasas California
On August 11th, 2006, I placed an order with Jersey Kings on their web-site (www.818jersey.com). I placed an order for a "Walter Payton Stitched Chicago Bears Throwback Jersey" - certainly sounds impressive but doubtful this item even exists. On August 12th, 2006 I received the now very familiar e mail from the company advising that their credit machine was "down." Like a fool, I mailed a check for $79.99.
By the end of Septrember I still had not received my jersey. I left multiple voice mails and sent several e mails. I have written several letters to the company. All correspondence was ignored. I then contacted my local police department and filed a complaint. The detective then contacted The Los Angeles Police Department and the case was assigned to a detective. The detective has made several attempts to contact Booby Nooravi at his residence. He refused to answer the door. Mr. Nooravi, the detective simply wants to talk to you in order to resolve this issue. Don't be afraid to answer your own door.
Since Bobby Nooravi and his "company" have failed to resolve this issue, I have filed complaints with the following agencies:
The California Better Business Bureau
The Thornton Police Department
The Los Angeles Police Department
The California Department of Justice
(Attorney General)
The Illinois Attorney General
The U.S. Postal Inspection Service
The Federal Trade Commission
The F.B.I.
The Internal Revenue Service
The National Football League
Major League Baseball
The National Basketball Association
and finally, Governor Schwarzenegger
Some of these investigations are still pending, even still, Mr. Nooravi and his "company" refuse to refund my money. Anyone interested in a class action lawsuit?
