Jesse Wright of California Retail Property Corp. changed a legal document/contract of CSI Paving's to add twice the amount of work, discounted the contract price $1,000.00 and scheduled work to be completed on a weekend at time & a half.
Once CSI Paving withdrew there contract, Mr. Wright became very insulting, unprofessional using profanity and threats. I sit on the board of contractors and will be black balling him and his company.
If your an owner of a property that he manages, I would strongly suggest looking eslewhere. He is the most unprofessional, unethical, morally bankrupt person I've every meet.
I wouldn't trust him with my dog house, let along any of my assets. I'm a CEO and usally don't have time to file reports like this but I would be doing others a major injustice by not warning them about this moron.
