Jessyca Redler seems to be the one that signed all our legal docs as seller of the house we bought and closed on just a few weeks ago. She has a Bryan Redler who must be her husband that our realtor would contact in regards to things getting done. The rider a in the purchase and sale states they were supposed to have their contractors do a window for us. They had the part and confirmed this to our realtor days before our close weeks ago. When asked three times now, they have went from having a contractor come out to we’ll send you the kit, and you do it. They can’t even send the kit out bc they keep forgetting is their excuse. Thus these two individuals that buy forclosed properties or other properties for dirt cheap don’t even abide by a legal document to the point they’ll be going to court on our end. Also it should be noted that they hire contractors bc I’m sure they saw this in the house where they don’t use primer over messages like this - so we’re seeing them now suddenly bleed through the Walmart paint he used without primer. See link below tinypic.com/r/2jg13if/9 "You hate me” which is showing up in multiple places on our walls. These two don’t care about what they sell they just want to sell it. As they surely would have told a painter to use a primer or it would bleed through at any time. They could care less about legal docs so court is the only option. The house was a mistake and these sellers don’t abide by anything. Buyer beware.
