Jewelrybyezra - Ambras Fine Jewelry Poor quality merchandise refused to refund did not ship some items New York New York
I bought 7 pieces of jewelry. One was refunded immediately because they sold things they did not have on ebay. A second item was "back-ordered" and listed as refunded, it was not. I overnighted all remaining items along with receipts with confirmation of delivery. Did not hear back. I have emailed every day since, no response. I did get a partial refund MINUS 15% re-stocking fee for one additional item which I accepted since 23 bucks is better in the hand than none.
This kind of shuckster does not belong on ebay nor any other venue where the truth can be distorted and they can continue to rip off other people.
I am embarassed that I even bought from these people.
