Jhon C. Shorter Online auction victimizing customers
I contacted a man named Jhon C. Shorter on Yahoo! auctions on 1/31/01 in regards to an auction of a playstation 2 which he had placed online. We agreed to a deal outside of Yahoo! auctions for a price of $340. A check was sent and was cashed by Mr. Shorter but the item was never shipped. Mr. Shorter has severed all e-mail contact and has an unlisted phone number. Many attempts to contact him have failed.
