I purchased a set of used tires for my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jimbo. The tires was put on my Jeep. Whne I left the shop the tires was rubbing against my fender when I made a turn and the noise was horrifing as I drove down the interstate.

So I went back to Jimbo the next day to see about my tires and Jimbo had put the wrong size tires on my Jeep. A whole week passed by before Jimbo had some tires that was the size for my Jeep.

The tires was put on my Jeep and everyting was going good. Two days later my Jeep was making a funny noise. The noise sounded like the tires was going to come off. Lord and be hold I was heading home after work and the noise got louder so I slowed down to 40mph.

The next thing I know my tire was rolling across and intersection and I was face down on the black top. The lugnuts was not put on tight by Jimbo and The tire came off my Jeep.

Jimbo was notified of this incident the next day. Jimbo said to got get an estimate for the damage and they would take care of it. So I did. When I gave the estimate to Jimbo he was a smart a*s about it. Said that he could only pay half of the cost and I would have to pay the other half.

So I have written two certified letters to Jimbo, no response from them. Stated that if I have not heard from them in fifteen business days I will be taking them to small claims court.

To your response No. My face is fine but my Jeep is not. The driver side of my Jeep went down to the blacktop with no tire. It messed up the brakes and suspensions on the driver side. It shifted the rods out of line from what was written on the estimate. And yes I have reported all this to Jimbo but not my face darlin cause it is good. Thanks for your concern about my body parts.

"The next thing I know my tire was rolling across and intersection and I was face down on the black top"

Did the door come open, you fell out and thus landed face down?  Perhaps you should have had your seat belt on.

Did you tell "Jimbo" about your facial injuries?
