I am really pissed at this company and I am working with my bank to reverse the charges. DO NOT buy the Flyingbear Tornado printer from this company or any other company!
I bought a dual extrusion self leveling touch screen kit (model is 2E BL Touch) from 3D printers Bay for $640,

payment went direct to Flyingbear in China.

They took nearly a month before they actually shipped it from China.
Then received the kit with missing parts, bent parts (bed, frame, rods), bad motors, BL was a knockoff and malfunctioning, and they expected me to spend $900 to return it to china (tracked and insured).
I paid another ~$80 out of my own pocket to return it to 3D Printers Bay and they then refused to refund me.
Now I'm out ~$720 and a TON of time.
I tried to work it out with them for weeks, and it was months before they bothered to contact me about the issues.
Dana and Linda from Flying bear offered to replace some parts but not the whole printer, and I got a 3rd party opinion from a 3D printer expert which said I should just return it and find a CoreXY alternative since the printer design itself was very poor.
DO NOT, DO NOT buy this horrible printer.
Not only was the WORST customer service I've ever received but the community has a ton of issues with the stock flyingbear torando printers as well. The company is a scammer and not worth anyone's time or 2nd thought!

The company has offered a full redund if I comply with removing this ripoff report,
because all I wanted was a refund from the start,
I will gladly do so if they refund me.

We offered replacement parts to make this unit work and he didn't accept since begining. In order to receive full refund he has to return the unit back to our location. He never accepted both the solutions we proposed. However we are resolving this issue towards his satisfaction as per investigation with 3D Printers Bay Marketplace system. They have informed us solution has been proposed. We need customer response to update this thread that issue has been resolved
