It appears that this is a nationwide Consumer FRAUD and SCAM operation.
Anthony (Tony) Bouza, Tax Consultant of Miami/Boca Raton, Florida is a fraud. You retain their tax consulting service with a substantial upfront deposit and you are told by the Tax Consultant you visit that the amount of money you will be saving by the tax consultant will be much greater than our service fee; otherwise it wouldn't be a cost benefit to sign up with them (reverse psychology on the consumer). After You (self) complete their tax organizer (revision 9-09) as if you were doing your deductions yourself with no help, you fax this to them. In approximately 2 weeks, a Tax Preparer from their Corporate office in Charleston, SC calls you back saying that your original tax final numbers are the same and unfortunately they cannot save you money. Before signing up on day one, the Tax Consultant (Non CPA) guarantees you a full refund, but guarantees you that you won't need this because they can amend your tax return filing and save you more money than you pay for our service. Instead, what you get is a person from the Quality Assurance Dept. offering a settlement of 75% of the total deposit. The entire process takes between 3-4 weeks.

I believe they are an organized fraud scheme to fraud the public into taking money upfront without delivering any results or tax savings that is promised. I am still owed my total $1390.00 and have not heard back on this nor are they responding to my email request for refund at QAD@jkharris
I have already approached the Owner, John K Harris on several occasions and he is avoiding my messages.
