JK Harris & Company LLC JK Harris was suppose to have my taxes in a uncollectable status and that never happen. I paid them over $3500 dollars and I still have my contact with them and all of my paper work Charleston South Carolina
JK Harris & Company LLC, back in 2008 I needed help with my taxes, I had suffered a huge layoff and was facing a foreclosure on my home. I went to JK Harris for help with my taxes. I signed a contact with them for the amount of $3,500 dollars to help me take some of the load off with my owed taxes. after giving them all of that money I was told that my tax situation and status with the IRS was put on a uncollectable status. I was told by JK Harris my taxes would be put in a different status, more like a offer incompromise. After speaking with my case consultant I was then told that they were working on putting my tax status incompromise status. This never happened I call for many of years trying to get some information about my status and would get a huge run around.
I finally gave up and now I have over $62,000 in taxes that I owe due to JK Harris & Company, plus ripped me off for $3,500 dollars.
