Thanks for your reply...just be so very carful about signing what JK Harris so lightly terms a "general release"....read it very closly, and if it is the same one I got, you basically sign away every right to hold them responsible or discuss it with any third party (including a lawyer). This general release works, because most people just say "I'll sign it, just give me my money back..." Tell everyone you know, that has been harmed by this corporation...contact the Office of Professional Responsibility (by mail...registered with return receipt requested). Also make sure to keep real good notes, with dates/names/titles of whoever you speak to...no matter how small it seems. I have worked on this for 6 months...I am in the "Congressional inquiry" stage. JK Harris thinks they got away with what they did to me...well, they did not! Let me know what site to post that OPR address again...they are the agency that can help us, and help us all, with enough complaints. I made the OPR aware of JK Harris...everyone else, join in! Good luck and keep me posted.

Thank you Janet for posting this information I have been trying to get my money back from J.K. Harris, but I kept getting the runaround.. I hope this federal agency will get JK Harris out of business for good..Thank for the information.
