I am very disppointed after 2 months of service with them, i was hoping all of the rip off report might be wrong. Now, i have to admit i am one of the victims. After 2 months of calling and pushing to better service, NO, everything the tax consultant said was totally different than the so called "service rep". The service rep. told me that she will send financial disclosure agreement for me to sign, why did she wait till 2 months later? Why can't she send all neccessary document for me to sign or fill up right on the beginning. I am trying to solve my problem end up i am having problem with the person supposely to help on my problems ! She need to ask her supervisor if OK to fax the document to me instead of mailing? Do you think she know what she doing? Every questions i asked need to wait till next day for answer?? This is very frustrated ! I am being rip off by JK Harris. How dare they asked $4000 for the services, i paid $800 as down payment. I just found out they charged 18% on tne balance! The sale rep told me it's only 10%. I don't believed any of this. I know i will waste too much energy and frustration dealing with them, this is totally not right at all. Sigh...... Now i have no choice but to look for other company to provide the same services. If you any of you can recommend a company with efficient services, please let me know.
