Coming across this report, I am extremely displeased to see the picking apart of a man who has been cleared of any wrong doing, and has done many, has spent countless hours working and providing wonderful ideas for the development of Las Vegas and its great residents.
I have known Jean Marc El Jwaidi for over 10 years. As a small business's owner in the Las Vegas Valley, I have had the pleasure of doing business with Jean Marc on many occasions. I Have always been grateful for his honesty, hard work, and business
integrity. I know many small business owners, who Jean Marc helped make it through the tough economical times.
To read this report gives no justice to Jean Marc and to the community of Las Vegas and is without merit.

Jean Marc El Jwaidi is not as described by this person. We believe that this report was written by a disgruntled employee, Tony Andree-Janz, who was terminated for theft and non-production. To the contrary of the report, Jean Marc has over 15 years of experience with his team here in Las Vegas and has successfully developed over ten million square feet of real estate. Two of his many accomplishments were managing the building of the two largest malls ever built; The Mall of America in Minnesota, and The West Edmonton Mall in Alberta, Canada. Additionally, Jean Marc successfully controlled of all West Coast operations while acting as the Senior Executive Vice President at Triple Five. Jean Marc was an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and in 2007, Jean Marc received the Congressional Order of Merit from the National Republican Congressional Committee. Additionally, in 2008, Jean Marc was recognized by In Business Las Vegas Business Profiles in a full-color two page article that described Jean Marc's story as one of "business acumen, family loyalty and a personal drive for success". Many in the industry believe that Jean Marc single-handedly introduced the urban village and mixed-use concepts to the valley, and continue to support Jean Marc in his vision for future development.
