JMN LOGISTICS, LLC Unclaimed prize money scam ST. LOUIS Missouri
I was sent a check for $2988.35 (to cover both administrative taxes and Clearance fees of my winnings) along with a letter saying that I was the winner of unclaimed prize money in the Readers Digest Publishers Clearing House in the amount of $57,000. After calling Readers Digest to verify if this company represented them, I was told to never send them any monies or vital personal information. Upon calling the number in their letter, the message box was full, no suprise ! They probably closed shop and out of town by now. What a ripoff

In early December JMN Logistics had their checking account information stolen. This information was then used to create fraudulent checks that appear to be from JMN Logistics. JMN Logistics has since changed their account information to prevent these checks from being cashed. The FBI is investigating the matter and is continuing to track down the source of the fraud. JMN Logistics is a victim in this matter, as they are the ones that would be losing the money to the fraudulent party. Not to mention the hassle of having to change checking accounts and sort out the real checks from the fake ones with their financial institution. The name that seems to be coming back associated with this the most is Prestige Marketing Group, which is in no way affiliated with JMN Logistics or any of its subsidiaries. If you receive a strange check in the mail from JMN Logistics it is NOT real, do not attempt to cash it in any way. This check should be reported immediately, and any information you have that may help lead to the capture of the criminals attempting to defraud JMN Logistics out of thousands upon thousands of their hard earned money would be greatly appreciated. Again, JMN Logistics did not issue these checks and is in no way affiliated with Prestige Marketing Group. JMN Logistics is a victim in this crime, and are in no way responsible for these checks being sent out. Thank you,
